Chronicle of Fansys
HengChi(Fansys) is a comprehensive environmental protection company founded in 1989, as a professional FRP fan brand in Taiwan, engaging in waste gas engineering management and manufacturing complete sets of equipment. Fansys is focusing on the design, manufacture and service of acid and alkali resistant fan, with more than 30 years of experience in the design, planning, manufacture and installation of the exhaust gas equipment, which has gained remarkable achievements. In the electronic semiconductor / municipal deodorization / RTO incineration / non-ferrous smelting / pharmaceutical chemical / Petrochemical / electroplating pickling and other industries have significant achievements and reputation.
In 1996, Fansys joined science and technology project of Taiwan Provincial Ministry of Economic Affairs, implementing “industrial fan” development and cooperation plan with Industrial Technology Research Institute jointly, and made the United States NREC technical exchanges and cooperation; have developed centrifugal series fan, structural fan test system (AMCA- 210), in 2000 in Taiwan won the “SME Innovation Research Award”, “excellent national products – environmental protection equipment quality certification” and many other awards. In 2017, hengchi became a member of AMCA Association of the United States. The series of fans obtained AMCA, feg90 grade energy efficiency certification, with the highest measurement.
Intelligent assistance in design
Fluid dynamics analysis
Developed CFDC fluid analysis software and introduced the concept of 'flow-before-geometry' design, reducing blade and casing impacts and minimizing recirculation losses
Stress-strain analysis
Finite Element Method (FEM) has been employed, coupled with analysis software like ANSYS and NASTRAN, to conduct structural, strength, stress, and strain analysis. This enhances the strength of impellers and casing structures for dynamic shaft and fixed base strength analysis, ensuring safety and longevity
Dynamic analysis of the rotor
Using RSR analysis software to establish lateral vibration mode and torsional Campbell diagram analysis models, keeping away from natural frequencies, avoiding resonance, and enhancing the life of rotating shafts and bearings.
